Abstract Submission

Please use the following template to prepare your abstract. Detailed instructions on the formatting style can be found in the template. The abstract should be submitted as a PDF file and named as: surname_LED2023_oral.pdf or surname_LED2023_poster.pdf depending on whether you request an oral or poster presentation, respectively. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

The abstract PDF file must be uploaded using the sign-up/registration system. Your browser will open a new tab when you click the link below.

During submission you will be asked to choose between oral and poster presentation modes, and between different science categories that best describe the research theme covered by your presentation. Given a strong multidisciplinarity in our field, it may be difficult to find an exact match; however, try to choose the one that most closely describes your work.

You can upload your abstract during the sign-up/registration process. Alternatively, you can return to your account settings at a later stage to upload an abstract or change the existing abstract. You access your account settings using the personalised link in the email automatically sent after successful sign-up/registration. If you lose this email or run into problems during the abstract submission process, please contact the local organising committee (led2023@dtu.dk).

The deadline for abstract submission is 30th of January 2023. The international scientific committee will evaluate each submitted abstract and notification of acceptance and the mode of presentation (oral or poster) will be made available by 15th March 2023.
