Venue

The conference will be hosted at DGI Byen’s conference centre, CPH Conference, which is located in the heart of Copenhagen just a few steps away from Copenhagen Central Station (“Hovedbanegården”).

All participants will have free access to the indoor swimming pool in DGI Byen. There are also bowling lanes in DGI Byen.

Accommodation

We encourage everyone to book accommodation as soon as possible; Copenhagen is a popular tourist destination and budget summer accommodation is booked up early.

Ninety rooms are available at the CPH hotel in DGI byen (the conference venue) at a reduced price for the LED participants. Each room can be booked for single (94€) or double occupants (107€ in total) including breakfast. These rooms are available on a first come first served basis. Note that the price is per room and not per person. Because of limited room availability at this favourable price we encourage participants to use as many rooms as double occupants as possible.

Procedure for booking the rooms at the discounted price is provided in the email received upon signup/registration. Guests will be individually responsible for payment of their room, taxes and any incidental charges.
