You can register the main conference participant(s) and/or any companions using the following link. Your browser will open a new tab with the external registration system.
Please note that signing-up will generate an e-mail with a personalised link to your account. The only way to access your account again is by using this link; therefore, please store this e-mail in a safe location. If you lose this e-mail, or run into problems during the registration process, please contact the local organising committee (led2023@dtu.dk).
Payment options
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Registration will be considered complete only after a full payment transaction has been approved.
After registration you will receive an automated order confirmation and payment receipt (invoice) by email.
Cancellation
Before the registration deadline (25th April 2023), you can directly cancel your registration by accessing the system through your personalised account. After the registration deadline, the self-cancellation option will be closed, and you will need to contact LED2023@dtu.dk.
The exact refund amount will depend upon the proximity to the conference.
