LED2023 welcomes all exhibitors from the field of Earth Science and Archaeology. The conference exhibition will be centrally located in the area where coffee is served and posters displayed, so you will be ensured maximum visibility. The exhibition will be open from Sunday the 25th to just after the conference closing Friday 30th June 2023. The basic exhibition stand will consist of a standard table, chairs and 220 V power supply, but additional facilities can be arranged. Exhibitors will also be given the opportunity to place inserts in the conference bags, a full page in the digital conference program and they will be acknowledged on the conference website with a hyperlink to the exhibitor’s website. The exhibition rate is €1350 per stand. Personnel manning the stands must register individually. Please contact the local organizing committee (LED2023@dtu.dk) if you wish to exhibit.
Student awards
It has been a long-standing tradition at the LED conferences that the best student contributions are acknowledged by awards for best oral presentation (the Martin Aitken Award), best poster presentation (the Vagn Mejdahl Award) and best application (the Ann Wintle Award). Student contributions will be evaluated and judged by the scientific organizing committee. If you would like to help sponsor the student prizes for excellent research in our field then please contact the local organizing committee (LED2023@dtu.dk).
